Fence Foreman

Full Time Crew Lead
$25–30Per Hour

Run the job from layout to walkthrough. You'll lead a small crew, set the pace and the standard, and be the person the homeowner or GC talks to on site.

What You'll Do

  • Lay out fence lines, set corners, and confirm property lines before digging
  • Direct a crew day to day and keep the job on schedule
  • Own quality control — plumb posts, straight lines, square gates
  • Manage materials, tools, and truck loadout for each job
  • Walk the finished fence with the customer and close out clean

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on fence, deck, or outdoor construction experience
  • Experience leading a crew and holding a standard
  • Comfortable reading a site, measuring, and solving grade problems
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Shows up on time and talks straight with customers

Fence Installer

Full Time Field Crew
$18–24Per Hour

The core of every crew. You'll set posts, build fence lines, and hang gates across cedar, vinyl, steel, chain link, and ranch systems — learning every product we sell.

What You'll Do

  • Dig and set posts in concrete, including hard-dig and rock conditions
  • Install pickets, panels, rails, kickboards, caps, and trim
  • Stretch and brace wire, barbwire, and chain link lines
  • Hang gates and adjust hinges, latches, and drop rods
  • Tear out old fence and leave every site clean at the end of the day

What We're Looking For

  • Willing to work outdoors and do real physical labor
  • Fence or construction experience is a plus — we'll train the right person
  • Comfortable with basic measuring and hand and power tools
  • Reliable transportation to the shop or job site
  • Dependable, coachable, and takes pride in finished work
Oklahoma City Metro Apply for This Role

Welder / Fabricator

Full Time Shop & Field
$22–27Per Hour

Build the gates that make our jobs stand out. From ornamental steel drive gates to pipe and bull gates, you'll fabricate in the shop and handle welding and fitting in the field.

What You'll Do

  • Fabricate ornamental steel walk and double drive gates to spec
  • Weld pipe gates, bull gates, and steel frames for custom openings
  • Build square, true frames that won't sag under Oklahoma wind
  • Grind, prep, and finish welds for powder coat or paint
  • Handle on-site welding, post repairs, and field modifications

What We're Looking For

  • Proven MIG and/or stick welding experience on steel
  • Able to read measurements and fabricate from a drawing or spec
  • Confident with grinders, chop saws, and layout tools
  • Clean, consistent welds you're willing to stand behind
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
